Neighborhood Coalition |

One of our goals this year is to begin the process of establishing a coalition of active neighborhoods in Richmond and the surrounding area. Grassroots efforts are very effective when organized and presented within the public arena. As Richmond grows, future development projects will involve re-zoning; one of the central issues will be how we as a community create/retain parks and open spaces. The purpose of a neighborhood coalition is to gather input, share information, and voice our concerns for the future of our community. Building on the positive aspects of our neighborhoods will help the Richmond community address the tough issues. If your area already has an active neighborhood association, please add your information to the City of Richmond website.
