Wastewater Treatment

The collection and treatment of household sewage and industry wastewater is vital to public health and the protection of the environment. Richmond is now constructing a new Wastewater Treatment Plant on Otter Creek.  Citizens of Richmond are encouraged to participate in a discussion of this project.  The public forum is scheduled for March 28 at the First Christian Church on the corner of Main and Lancaster.  The meeting will begin at 7 pm.
