Mark your calendar… our next meeting is on March 28 (7 pm) at the First Christian Church on the corner of Lancaster Ave and Main St. A slate of officers will be presented for consideration by the membership and we will conduct our annual election.  Please contact Mike Reister (president@cabn-richmond.org) if you would like to serve this year on the Steering Committee. 

Scott Althauser, Director of Richmond Utilities, will describe plans to close the Tates Creek and Dreaming Creek wastewater treatment plants and how the old plants will be replaced by a new wastewater treatment facility at Otter Creek.
